イントロ
wslでもmacみたくopenを使いたい．
実装(bash)
bashでのopenです．.bashrcに追加して読み込むようにしています．

rubyでの実装です．ほんとうはfishのfunctionにしたかったのですが，あんまり情報なくて．しかたがないので，~/bin/openとして置いて，これをfishのPATHに入れてうごかしています．openというのがubuntuの/sbinにあるようですが，それとは違うようです．
